After a long wait for improved conditions through winter 2021/22, March brought the goods with excellent snow across Palandoken ski resort. As is often the case, the month featured frequent fresh snowfall, topping up the cover and extending the available runs.
In my opinion, March and April are the best months in pretty much all ski areas with longer days, warming temperatures and fresh snow. Note – unlike preceding months, the nightskiing is limited in Palandoken to just Friday and Saturday nights through March/April.

February conditions in Palandöken / Ejder 3200 / Erzurum
While it’s true most ski areas get quieter through March, Palandoken was deserted. With the supposed ‘February rush’ over (that really didn’t happen), the slopes and lifts emptied. With ride down / ride up convenience plus the best conditions of the season, March is one of the best times to go skiing in Palandoken / Ejder 3200.
