With Christmas and New Year a quickly fading memory, January got even quieter in Palandöken through January 2022 – even though fresh snowfall remained stubbornly elusive. It’s worth noting, pretty much all Euro resorts suffered a snow drought through the early part of the 21/22 season. Indeed, even the US and Canadian resorts reported low snow tallies. Only the eastern Euro countries like Bulgaria and Romania had good cover through January 22.
